When they hit the ground at the same time it was clear that Aristotle's theory about "why things fall" (they're heavy! heavier things fall faster!) was wrong, and reality as explained had to be re-examined.

While all that is true, it is still irrelevant; the activists are supported by the locals, and there are plenty of locals calling for less police presence in their neighborhoods. I know, I lived in Baltimore, and know several LEOs, city, county, and state.

I can imagine that, and I am positive it is the truth for many people. However, personal experience can only provide proof to THAT individual. You can not insist others believe based on your experiences. Maybe that God is only meant for those who he has appeared to personally.
